Prescription Lens guarantee:
We guarantee 100% accuracy on all prescription lenses or they will be remade at no charge. All prescription eyeglasses are inspected and pass a quality control inspection. The lenses are checked for prescription accuracy by our licensed Opticians along with frame and lens alignment. Packed in their own hard case and cleaning cloth then shipped directly to you, our valued customer.

Exchange Policy:
We offer a one-time exchange only policy on the return of any eyeglass frame or sunglasses within 30 days of the shipping date at no charge. Products that are returned and not exchanged will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Others charge a  flat fee plus shipping charges. We simply charge a percentage. This covers shipping and handling to and from the Manufacture.

Prescription lenses are custom made and therefore are not refundable unless due to our error in making your prescription. However if new prescription lenses need to be made on a frame exchange, we will credit 50% of the original lens price towards the cost of new lenses. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Defective Product Return:
The defective product must be returned with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklet. Items not returned in original condition will be returned. Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.

Return Merchandise Authorization:
Before returning a product for exchange or refund, please obtain RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) number. E-mail us with the reason for the return or exchange at returns@rxframesnlenses.com

Please note: The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package or return label. Any returned items without an official RMA number will be refused.
Shipping charges for defective products will be refunded to you.

Prescription Frame Guarantee:
Prescription frames are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 1 year against manufacturer’s defects.

Broken frames from misuse or abuse are not covered under warranty.

Contact Lens Guarantee:
Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of the ship date in it’s original packaging unopened. No credits or exchanges on open boxes or vials.

International Customers:
Returned products must be declared “Returned Item Without Value” or we have to charge you for any duties incurred by US Customs.
