Most Major insurance plans will reimburse you for the purchase of your eyewear with an itemized receipt. At the time of your order you will receive by email an itemized receipt of your purchase that you can immediately submit to your insurance carrier. You will receive a second copy along with your order. Check with your insurance provider to be sure your plan will reimburse you for using an out of network provider.
