I received my glasses Monday with the new lenses and I’ve only worn them one full day on Tuesday but at this point I’m very satisfied! Thanks for your guidance with my purchase, you hit my PD measurement right on.
Honestly, I felt reluctant to use a distant provider but there was a level of confidence I had knowing that I was not dealing with a large online firm.

I recently purchase TWO sets of progressive lenses - regular glasses and sunglasses. As the son of a former optician family I was skeptical about ordering lenses, especially progressives, online.
However after seeing the savings (over $500 compared to my current optician) and speaking with Dan, I felt much more confident in my purchase.
The process was very simple, the communications on order and shipping status were timely on and best of all - the lenses on both pairs are great!

I am so glad that I stumbled on to RX Frames and Lenses as I searched hard to find a specific brand of eyeglass frames that is not available from any local optometrists. They helped me in determining if a different model of the brand name I already owned would still offer a comparable fit to the model I had.....and I am pretty picky about the fit as I work outside on a farm in sweaty hot Florida and do a lot of bending over and need my glasses to be durable as well as stay on my face.
In addition to that the company was very patient and understanding and worked with me by calling me to work out a problem that I had with my credit card controls on my end.... which I know took time out of their day. Great customer service!!
And I had looked at another online frames ordering service that handled the brand I wanted but baited you in with a huge \"discount\" and ended up with a slightly higher end point price.
I truly appreciate the honest way that RX Frames handles their business. I see why the have such great ratings. I will definitely be recommending them to others :)
